We'll ask about your goals, your challenges, and what you love. Then we'll send a customized report for your company with ideas for:

• What questions will you ask?

  After you let us know your name, the name of your company, and an email address where we can send your ideas sheet, we'll ask these 5 questions:

  • How would you describe what you do in one minute? (What's your elevator pitch?)
  • What attracts customers to your company? What's your biggest selling point?
  • What are the biggest challenges or frustrations you're facing as you try to work and grow?
  • What are your favorite and least favorite parts of the work you do on a day-to-day basis?
  • What goals do you want to achieve in five years? in one year?
• Do I have to answer all of the questions?

  Nope! The only two pieces of information we need are your name and your email address; beyond that, you can answer as much or as little as you'd like. Keep in mind, though, that we'll be able to give you more relevant information if you send us complete answers.

• What will I receive from you?

  You'll receive three things:

  • We'll send you a report with five ideas we've seen work well for companies like yours. Often these strategies can be completely do-it-yourself! In many cases, we're able to help if you'd like someone to take care of them for you. The list we send will include some general pricing information so you know what to expect if you choose to work with us.
  • You'll also receive a special discount you can use if you choose to engage with us on a project.
  • If you choose, we'll add you One Ten's free email newsletter list, filled with helpful information about online strategies, the latest trends, and more. You can unsubscribe at any time. (See our Privacy Policy for more info.)
• How long will it take to receive your response?

  Our goal is to prepare your guide within a week of receiving your survey.

• Is this really free? Is there a catch?

  It's totally free. Our mission is to help companies grow using technology, and we want to do everything possible to make that happen. Of course, if there's an idea that sounds like it might work well, we'd love to work with you!

• Do I have to start a project or contract with you to receive a response?

  Not at all! Our hope is that you find the information we send useful for your company, but there's a good chance you could complete at least some of the ideas on your own within your organization. We'd love to talk about how we can help, though!

• Will you share my answers with anyone?

  No, we won't share or sell your answers to anyone. If you decide to work with us (or even if you don't!), there's a chance we may know a partner or consultant who would be a good fit for your needs. If that's the case, we'll explicitly ask you before we share the answers you've provided here with them.
